The bottom line
Isopure Creatine is a clean product from a credible import brand. The problem is simple: ₹26.7/dose buys you nothing that AS-IT-IS at ₹9.2/dose does not, except the Isopure logo.
Isopure is the premium protein brand from Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN), the same company behind Optimum Nutrition. Their zero-carb protein isolate has a long track record in the US market. Isopure Creatine is a more recent addition to the India product range — a single-ingredient creatine monohydrate at the correct 5g dose.
There is nothing wrong with this product. The formulation is clean, the dose is correct, and Glanbia's manufacturing infrastructure carries real quality assurance depth. Glanbia operates NSF-audited facilities for some of their products — and their manufacturing standards are among the highest in commercial sports nutrition.
The problem is value. Isopure Creatine is not certified for this specific SKU by NSF Certified for Sport or Informed Sport. It is an import product with no India-specific batch documentation in the public domain. Against AS-IT-IS at ₹9.2/dose (NABL COA, publicly posted) or Dymatize Creatine at ₹25.0/dose (NSF Certified for Sport), Isopure occupies an uncomfortable middle ground — more expensive than the domestic documentation option, lacking the certification of the imported certification option.
Isopure and Glanbia: brand context
Isopure was founded in 1995 as Nature's Best, positioning itself around zero-carb, high-protein formulations. Glanbia Performance Nutrition acquired the brand and now operates it alongside Optimum Nutrition, BSN, and Thinkthin. Manufacturing for the US market is conducted across GPN-operated facilities, including facilities with third-party quality accreditations.
The key distinction for Indian buyers is that Isopure products sold in India are imported, not manufactured here. The supply chain — from US production through customs, import warehousing, and distributor logistics to the retail shelf — introduces transit variables (temperature, humidity, duration) that are not reflected in a US-market COA. India's import supplement market has documented instances of degraded product arriving from extended or poorly managed supply chains.
Isopure's protein products have more extensive documentation histories than their creatine SKU. If you are already using Isopure Zero Carb protein and have a good experience with it, the manufacturing quality inference holds — but the creatine product has no specific third-party certification we could verify at time of review. Check the Isopure India website for current certification status before purchasing.
Label analysis
Isopure Creatine (300g) contains: creatine monohydrate. Single ingredient, unflavoured. The 5g scoop is included and calibrated correctly. There are no artificial sweeteners, fillers, or flowing agents in the standard unflavoured format. The label is clean by any standard.
Isopure does not state the creatine monohydrate raw material source on the label. No Creapure marking, no supply chain country of origin beyond "Product of USA." No batch-level certification mark. This is consistent with how most US supplement brands label their creatine — full supply chain transparency is the exception, not the rule.
Dosing protocol
Isopure recommends one scoop (5g) daily. This is the correct maintenance dose from the clinical literature. One observation on dissolution: Isopure Creatine is not specifically marketed as micronized, and field experience suggests the standard particle size — stir more thoroughly or mix in warm water if you notice settling in cold beverages.
Value: the import tax problem
At ₹1,599 for 300g, Isopure Creatine lands at ₹26.7 per dose. This is the highest price point we have reviewed for creatine monohydrate — equal to or higher than Dymatize (₹25/dose, NSF certified) and significantly above ON Micronized Creatine (₹27.5/dose, Labdoor A+).

Grey market and counterfeit risk
At ₹1,599, Isopure Creatine has significant counterfeit margin potential. Import supplements at this price point are among the most commonly counterfeited in the Indian market. Isopure India products should be purchased from the official Isopure website, GNC franchise stores, or Amazon.in fulfilled by the brand's authorised distributor. Grey market or WhatsApp deal pricing for import creatine at this price point should be treated as suspect. The product is simple enough to counterfeit — a white powder in a tub — that verification matters more than it does for most categories.

Consider if: You are already buying Isopure Zero Carb Protein through official channels and want to add creatine from the same brand for convenience. The quality floor is real — Glanbia's manufacturing is strong.
